Shipping Coverage

SyncLink ships products within Canada.

International shipping may be available upon request and is subject to additional terms, charges, and customs requirements.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, destination, and shipping method.

Free standard ground shipping may be offered on qualifying orders, as indicated on the website or quotation.

All promotions are subject to change without notice, and prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and additional carrier fees.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability and order volume.

Processing time does not include transit time.

Delivery Time Estimates

Any delivery dates or transit times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SyncLink is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at SyncLink's discretion to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

Expedited or special shipping services may be available upon request at additional cost.

Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number is provided to the email address supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and ensuring timely receipt.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

SyncLink is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after carrier confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives visibly damaged, notify SyncLink within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with supporting photos and documentation.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Remote & Restricted Locations

Shipping to remote or restricted locations may be subject to additional charges or extended delivery times.

SyncLink reserves the right to cancel or modify shipping arrangements where delivery is not feasible.

International Shipping

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

SyncLink is not responsible for customs delays, refusals, or seizures.

Policy Modifications

SyncLink Communications Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery policy at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
