SyncLink Communications Limited ("SyncLink", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to delivering high-quality communication products while maintaining clear, fair, and commercially reasonable return and refund practices.

At SyncLink Communications Limited ("SyncLink", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to delivering high-quality communication products while maintaining clear, fair, and commercially reasonable return and refund practices. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
A return request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
All original accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging materials are included.
The item is in resalable condition, as determined by SyncLink.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued by SyncLink prior to return.
Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws:
Customized or programmed products, including but not limited to: radio programming, frequency configuration, firmware updates, encryption, labeling, or asset tagging.
Opened, used, or activated products, including radios, batteries, chargers, antennas, headsets, and accessories.
Software licenses, activation keys, or digital products.
Special-order or made-to-order items.
Rental equipment once delivered or picked up.
All such items are considered final sale.
3. Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the product purchase price.
The applicable restocking fee will be determined based on product type, condition, and handling requirements, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Return Authorization Process (RMA Required)
Contact SyncLink Communications Limited to request an RMA number.
Provide proof of purchase and a detailed reason for the return.
Ship the authorized return within seven (7) days of RMA approval.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and returns must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify SyncLink within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide supporting photos or documentation.
Failure to report such issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
7. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
SyncLink Communications Limited is not responsible for loss, theft, or delays caused by carriers after shipment.
8. Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights available to consumers under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection legislation.
Where a conflict exists, statutory consumer rights shall prevail.
9. Policy Modifications
SyncLink Communications Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to the transaction.
10. Governing Terms
This policy forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms & Conditions, which govern all sales and transactions.

Synclink reserves the right to refuse service or restrict access in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
