This Warranty & Limitation of Liability Policy covers SyncLink Communications Limited ("SyncLink", "we", "our", or "us") products sold within Canada. Please review each section below to understand how manufacturer warranties, exclusions, and liability limits apply.
1. Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
Most two-way radios and communication products sold by SyncLink are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty, typically provided by the original manufacturer (such as Hytera).
Unless otherwise stated in writing, radios are generally covered by a limited warranty of up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, accessories such as batteries, chargers, antennas, headsets, and cables may carry shorter warranty periods, as specified by the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are determined solely by the manufacturer.
SyncLink does not extend or modify the manufacturer's warranty.
2. Scope of Warranty Coverage
The manufacturer's limited warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
At the manufacturer's discretion, warranty remedies may include repair of the defective product, replacement with an equivalent product, or other remedies expressly permitted under the manufacturer's warranty terms.
3. Exclusions from Warranty

Serial number removal, alteration, or tampering.
4. Software & Programming Disclaimer
Software, firmware, programming services, frequency configuration, encryption setup, and licensing are provided "as is", unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
SyncLink does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of software or programmed features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncLink disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied.
This disclaimer includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No oral or written advice provided by SyncLink shall create any additional warranty.
