Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to:

Sales of two-way radios, communication equipment, accessories, and related products.

Rental of communication equipment.

Programming, configuration, technical support, and related services.

All quotations, invoices, orders, and online transactions.

Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by the customer are expressly rejected unless agreed to in writing by SyncLink.

All orders are subject to acceptance by SyncLink.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product availability, or regulatory concerns.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, duties, and fees.

Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or agreed in writing.

SyncLink reserves the right to suspend delivery or services for overdue accounts.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

All returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Product warranties are governed by our Warranty & Limitation of Liability Policy and, where applicable, the manufacturer's limited warranty.

SyncLink does not provide any warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Equipment remains the property of SyncLink or its suppliers.

Customers are responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misuse during the rental period.

Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced.

Additional rental terms may apply and will be provided at the time of rental.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring proper radio licensing and frequency authorization.

Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those administered by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED).

SyncLink is not responsible for penalties, enforcement actions, or misuse of equipment.

All trademarks, logos, product descriptions, software, and content provided by SyncLink remain the property of their respective owners.

No rights are granted except as necessary for lawful use of the purchased products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SyncLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of profits, loss of business, data loss, or operational downtime.

SyncLink's total cumulative liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

SyncLink shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Examples include natural disasters, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

The courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SyncLink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect at the time of the transaction shall apply.

These Terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Warranty & Limitation of Liability, constitute the entire agreement between SyncLink and the customer.
